Transform Overwhelming Scenes Into Confident, Luminous Paintings With Just 3 Values!

Have you ever stood before a breathtaking coastal scene, brush in hand, feeling completely overwhelmed by the endless complexity?

The crashing waves, shifting light, rocky textures, and atmospheric depth can feel impossible to capture on canvas.

International award-winning artist Georgia Mansur has developed a breakthrough simplification approach that transforms any subject — no matter how complex — into an approachable, systematic process.

Georgia’s method turns the chaos of nature into clear, confident painting steps that let you capture the essence of your subject with authentic artistic expression.

Discover Georgia’s “Three Value Shapes” approach that simplifies even the most complicated painting into light, middle, and dark patterns — making every subject instantly approachable. You’ll learn her “painting map” underpainting technique that establishes your composition and provides visual notes for the entire process.

Watch Georgia demonstrate her color harmony secrets for mixing greens that naturally connect through elements of the scene, her professional water-painting techniques (including turning the canvas sideways for natural flow patterns), and her finishing methods that bring luminous life to the painting.

Georgia’s authentic connection to landscape shines through her patient, encouraging teaching style that has helped hundreds of artists worldwide discover their artistic voice.

Perfect for artists ready to move beyond feeling overwhelmed by complex subjects like seascapes to painting with confidence and authentic expression. Learn at your own pace, with expert guidance every step of the way.

Meet Your New Instructor!

Georgia Mansur holds distinctions few artists achieve — she's an international award-winning artist and faculty member at plein air conventions across five major cities.

As creator of both the Georgia Mansur Palette for Daniel Smith Artists’ Materials and signature brushes with Rosemary & Co, Georgia brings the expertise that comes from truly understanding how materials and techniques work together.

But what makes Georgia truly unique goes beyond her credentials...

For over 20 years, she studied with Australia’s best artists while training privately with masters in Italy and the United States. This diverse education, combined with her passion for plein air painting, led her to develop an approach that makes even the most complex scenes approachable.

Her journey with water media began unexpectedly — as a young mother with three sons, painting at the kitchen table, she switched from oils to acrylics for practical reasons. No studio, and the need to clean up quickly.

This constraint became a gift.

Georgia discovered how acrylics — especially Golden Open Acrylics, which stay wet for up to two weeks — allow for the wet-into-wet painting that captures nature’s fluidity.

Through years of painting from the Australian outback to Mediterranean coastlines, Georgia developed her signature simplification approach. As she puts it, “Everything is just shapes and values.”

“I want people to paint from their heart,” Georgia explains. “Let your brushstrokes live. Make it look like you meant it — make it convincing.”

Today, Georgia’s workshops attract artists worldwide who want to learn her fresh, immediate approach to capturing nature’s essence.

This is your chance to learn from a highly accomplished artist!
