Charles Warren (C.W.) Mundy is a Master Signature Member of Oil Painters of America and a Fellow of the American Society of Marine Artists. Today his work is known for its unique fusion of artistic mastery and fearless exploration.

He was a member of the Disco Mountain Boys, a popular Indianapolis-based bluegrass band, and continues to compose original music that reflects the same artistry he brings to canvas. He even composed and performed all the original music featured in this course — creating a truly one-of-a-kind learning experience.

His journey into painting began in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he started his career as a sports illustrator. But in the early 1990s, C.W. wanted to explore fine art — so he left illustration behind and began painting everything from life.
